This insurance brokerage was established by Mr. Makhaya Buyana in 2005.  He is the owner and managing director of this close corporation. Mr. Buyana has a B Admin (in public affairs) and a postgrad diploma in financial planning. With more than 30 Years in the financial services industry (Banking and insurance), he has the necessary expertise and experience in running the financial services organisation.

Our target market is the professional sector with its professional practices and their individual needs. The organization comply with laws such as FICA and FAIS, and the regulations executed by the regulator of financial services industry.  Masthead is our compliance independent organization that helps us to comply with all the changes in the legislation and the financial services industry.

We always ensure that our staff members from sales and administration have the required skills and training to serve our clients.

In terms of treating clients fairly we have a client relationship management system, that helps us to keep client system, that helps us to keep client records, communicate with them, and all the tools that help us with day-to-day activities.

We have a succession plan that ensures that the business will continue when something happens to the founder.
